Christmas in Utah

I had the opportunity to take the kids to Utah for a week. We took Trax down town to see Temple Square all lit up. It was beautiful but cold.
Luckily for Creed, his aunts had some little boys clothes still to keep him warm.
Here they are on the South side of the Assembly Hall on Temple Square.
Cole was lucky enough to have a second Birthday Party while in Utah. He got lots of new toys and yummy food and really cute Lightning McQueen Cupcakes. Thanks Nana Donna!

Oh how Cole and Creed love tools!
Creed absolutely loved this dinosaur. It roars and walks and he couldn't get enough of it. He could care less about the rest of the presents after this one was opened.

Creed actually got into the unwrapping of presents this year. Yea! He is growing....a little.
Savannah loved the ornate wrappings from Nana Donna and Daddy was lucky enough to drag a bunch of fake flowers and greenery half way across the country just to secretly throw it all away here.
It's a wonderful picture when Savannah and Cole are smiling and hugging each other. What wonderful children. We had a great time and enjoyed the cold weather for the week but were so so happy to finally get home to Mom.
