Heavenly Cinnammon Rolls.......

The Dough:

4 TBSP Yeast
2 1/2 cups warm water
1 can evaporated milk (12 ounces)
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup shortening (I use butter flavored)
4 tsp. salt
10-12 cups flour
2 eggs beaten

1. Mix water and can of evap. milk (mixture should be warm). Mix yeast in and let stand for 5 minutes in large mixing bowl. After standing for 5 minutes add salt, sugar, shortening, and eggs.

2. Work in 3 cups flour then gradually add the rest of the flour. (You might not have to add all of it. Dough should not be really dry or stiff)

3. Cover until dough doubles in size

Filling & Frosting

IN mixer add

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2-4 TBSP cinnamon

Frosting

in mixer add all at the same time

4 TBSP soft butter
1 tsp vanilla
7 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups cream
