Finally had a beach day this summer. It has been a really cold summer. Perfect weather but coolish for the beach, about 70 as a high here and everytime we hit the beach in the 60's which is too cold for beach weather! Last week was the first week it actually started to warm up. And it was still a little chilly for us. 2 days ago was the first time we used the air conditioner this year, so that has been nice on our electricity bill.

you picked a good week to run away. It is a HOT week. Not that Arizona is any cooler. :)
trust me, we had a high of 93 today here, when I was in az they didn't even have a low of 93! it was INSANE!!
How fun and yummy summer, we'll be in Ca anytime in august, we hope to see you soon.
