He kept giving us dirty looks when we came back

This gorilla was so private. We left and he came up to the landing. When we came back he would walk around for a bit then leave. We would leave, he would come back. Its like we were bugging him.

The penguins were being so adorable. I now know that Happy Feet is based on a true story because these little birds like to sing to and with each other. I have never seen it before but it was so neat. The kids loved it. Savvy said see its not only people who like to sing in the rain, its penguins too. Lol

Rainy day stroller
It has been really rainy lately! There was a huge storm Sunday and the next day we woke up to trees fallen into the street in our neighborhood and 2 trees that had fallen into houses. Thankfully ours were still standing but there was a ton of debris everywhere. We decided to venture out to the zoo despite the rain.

First swim of 2011!

For Family home evening we had a BBQ and swam at the wests......as you can see it was a little nerve wracking for me. Creed spent most of his time jumping into pools practically drowning and being scooped up by me. He seemed to love the thrill! Scary. The barbeque on the other hand was delicious :) Creed definitly needs some swimming lessons this year or this is going to be a LONG summer.....

Besties! Laura Ingles Wilder and The american flag

She was in a play about america. She played an american flag

She broke her foot. Fractured one of her metatarsal bones. Yikes. falling off Cole's bed. Normal sized twin bed, not bunk bed. Crazy right?

She got a visit from the tooth fairy who left her 3 dollars! I told her i used to only get 1 dollar She lost her first tooth


This has been a busy and exciting past month for Savvy! Can't believe I haven't updated. Sorry about the pictures, they are all from ipods, etc because I kept forgetting my camera at all the important times!
